Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. Lyna Link Disability Services (ABN 52 648 638 516) is an NDIS support provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, delivering support coordination, plan management and disability supports directly — not a referral or tech platform.
I'm a plan manager — how do I refer a participant?
Email belma.bal@outlook.com or call 0457 419 483 with the participant's details and plan type. We'll confirm funding categories, arrange onboarding and keep you updated with clear invoicing and reporting throughout.
Do you speak Turkish?
Evet — we provide full support in Türkçe as well as English. We explain NDIS plans, coordinate services and communicate with families in the language you're most comfortable with.
Do you provide registered nurse care at home?
Yes. Our home care nurses visit you for wound dressings, stoma bag care, burn dressings and leg or foot swelling — full nursing support at home when clinic travel or daily dressing is too hard. If nursing supports are in your NDIS plan, there is no out-of-pocket cost. See our nursing services.
What is support coordination?
Support coordination helps you understand and make the most of your NDIS plan. Your coordinator connects you with the right providers, helps you build your supports, and works with you to reach the goals in your plan — all while keeping you in control of your choices.
How do I switch to Lyna Link?
Switching is simple and there's no break in your supports. Send us a message or give us a call, and we'll guide you through a short onboarding. We handle the handover with your current provider so the transition is smooth and stress-free.
Do you work with my NDIS plan?
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. During onboarding we'll review your plan together to confirm which of our services are funded and how best to set them up around your goals.
Is there a cost to me?
When the relevant supports are included in your NDIS plan, our services are funded through that plan — meaning no out-of-pocket cost to you. We'll always be transparent about what's covered before you start.
Who can use Lyna Link?
We work with NDIS participants of all ages, their carers and families, and providers looking to connect with people they can support. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, reach out — we're happy to talk it through.
