Lyna Link Disability Services is an NDIS support provider (ABN 52 648 638 516) based in Melbourne, working with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We accept referrals from GPs, plan managers, support workers, hospitals and community organisations.
We provide Support Coordination Level 2, plan management, registered nurse home care and daily living supports — in English and Türkçe.
